The Men’s Superfinals of the Moscow Chess Championship will be the first event of the 10th Moscow Open International RSSU Cup. It will take place January 30th and 31st in corpus 8 of the Russian State Social University campus. Each of the events will be contested by the capital’s ten strongest players, among which are international chess stars. Competing in the men’s section: multiple-time Olympiad champions of the Russian team, Alexander Grischuk and Alexander Morozevich; European champion and winner of World Team Championship for Russia, Ian Nepomniachtchi; GMs Boris Grachev, Vladimir Potkin, Ivan Popov, Yevgeniy Najer and Urii Eliseev; IM Maxim Vavulin; and FM Dimitri Gordievsky.

Tata Steel Chess Masters 2014 LIVE!

Tata Steel 2014 is back with exciting chess and a strong lineup. This year the tournament changes format, name, and playing locations. From 2014 the event will be known as Tata Steel Masters 2014. It will include 12 players, a round will be played in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, another in the High Tech Campus Eindhoven, and the rest in Wijk Aan Zee. Live games will be daily on Chessdom Arena live chess platform with analysis by Komodo, Stockfish, Houdini, including graphs and statistics.
